I hope you are enjoying the sunshine and looking for to a lovely long weekend

Thank you to all that have taken part in the ADLent appeal this has been a great help in helping replenish our stocks.

To all those that have donated Easter Eggs a Huge Thank you, with the cost of living people struggle to buy their families the nice little extras we all take for granted. People that we serve at our Foodbank are SO grateful, that others are thinking of people struggling at this time.

A very Mixed week at our centres, with one centre having two customers but others having 9 / 10 customers each! So a busy week for many.

Our warehouse donations have reduced and we continue to be short of some of the essential items required to make up a balanced food parcel. We are spending more money each week on replenishing our stocks which is depleting our funds.

This week these items include:
Mashed Potato
Desserts, (custard, Rice Pudding, Jelly's, Sponge Puddings etc)
Tinned Meat
Noodles
Tinned Fish

Over the past year we have continued to be blessed in our work, giving people help and seeing people find hope of a better future. We have seen some fantastic stories of success.
We really value all your support and prayers for our work as we seek to bless the community of Thurrock
